Our planners eliminate all of that, so it frees up your time and takes all the stress out of planning it yourself.

You will first meet a planner for a free consultation to go over your event where they can best judge how involved the event will be, what you are looking to do and get all the details. We will then send you a quote for what the services will cost and when you decide to move forward, we will get you a contract and once signed the planner will contact you the following day to setup an additional meeting in person or over the phone and get started right away!

12 days of coordination leading up to the special day! This package is perfect for the bride that has everything done and in order but does not want the stress of worrying everything is done and needs some help making sure everything is executed and leaves her day stress free so she and her guests can enjoy the entire day and celebrate their marriage.

This package includes:

  • A complimentary first meeting and consultation

  • Create your timeline and schedule.

  • 12 days prior to your enchanted day, the bride, groom and planner/designer will meet to go over all the details and finalize the Wedding weeks schedule and final details

  • Planner/Designer will contact all vendors to review & confirm receipt of the vendor schedule and go over the load in times and location for the venue.

  • Planning session with the enchanted couple to go over the procession, recession order and important family seating and go over table placement, table numbering and assigned seating.

  • Your Planner/Designer will attend your wedding ceremony rehearsal to assist and/or conduct the ceremony rehearsal.

  • Your Planner/Designer will oversee the placement with their coordinator of all table favors, guest book, place cards and other ceremony and reception special details as directed

  • Oversee the setup & design of the ceremony and reception

  • Your Planner/Designer will manage the events at the reception including coordinating the wedding party introductions, first dance, instructions and cake cutting as well as any other special requests with the DJ.

  • Your Planner/Designer and coordinator will remain on site until the end of the reception to ensure that personal items: toasting glasses, guest book, cake knife and server, picture frames, cards and gifts, etc. are secured with designated person.

Our full-service package that takes all the stress out of your wedding creating magazine ready weddings which we submit all our full planning packages to national and local magazines for a chance to have your story published.

  • Create a working budget you set.

  • Your budget is continuously updated and tracked by your planner.

  • Your planner will help create a template for your guest list and reception seating charts

  • Prepare vendor referrals matching personality, wedding vision, and budget and discuss our premier vendor offering 50% off your linens, pipe and drape and lighting needs.

  • Negotiate all vendor contracts for you and keeping within your budget and reviewing all contracts and quotes with you.

  • Schedule and provide a meeting Itinerary of upcoming meetings with wedding vendors for Bride and Groom

  • Assistance with setting up guest hotel accommodations and setting up room blocks and transportation needs.

  • Help create menu cards, table and place cards, etc.

  • Attend floral, DJ, menu tasting and other consultations.

  • Planner will assist the bride to final gown fitting.

  • Assist in creating room diagrams and seating charts.

  • Lend creative ideas with favor and gift selections to fit the theme of the wedding reception.

  • Work with the bride & groom and officiate to create the ceremony timeline.

  • Your entire Enchanted Rose Weddings team will arrive early on your enchanted day to make sure every detail is taken care of.

  • Planner will make sure all centerpieces, decor, lighting and all other details are set and in order for you to take your "first look" of the room before your guests are allowed in.

Boutique Planning Package

This option is perfect for those with smaller boutique style weddings under 50 guests!

Perfect for smaller and more intimate weddings where it may not need as much planning or designing but you still want help with vendors, overseeing the day of the enchanted wedding or only want help with certain aspects.

We are happy to custom create a program just for you that meet your needs and requests as well as save you money, take care and oversee all the little details or maybe just give some help and insight into planning your wedding from years of experience.

This is also a great option if you are working on a tight budget and still need help in certain areas.

Our planners can meet with you and discuss what you want/need help with and create a custom plan just for you that keeps within your budget.

You will still have access to our vendors list and have the ability to save money on your big day.
